(LATE/CANCELLATION POLICY) I strive to provide a personalized and positive experience for all of my clients. Please keep in mind that when you book your appointment, time is reserved exclusively for you. I understand that things in life come up, if you should need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so at least 24 hrs before your reserved appointment time. | Cancellations / Reschedules that occur on the day of your appointment or less than 48hrs before will be charged a 50% fee of the scheduled service. | Clients that fail to show or miss their appointment will be charged a 'no show' fee of 50% of the scheduled service. | Late arrivals - I allow a 10 minute grace period, showing past this grace period will result in cancellation/reschedule with a 50% fee of the scheduled service. | In the rare circumstance that a client have a history of 2 'no shows' they will no longer be able to book appointments with Skin by Karoline By having a card on file and understanding the policies set in place, you are giving Skin by Karoline permission to charge your card in the event of a late, cancellation, and/or 'no show'.
